Every dog deserves someone who sees the whole picture.

And so do you.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing everything right and your dog is still struggling, this is for you.

You’ve tried the training. You’ve switched the food. You’ve Googled the symptoms at midnight. You’ve asked the vet, joined the Facebook groups, watched the YouTube videos.

Yet your dog is still anxious... itchy... reactive. Still having digestive issues. Something still feels off.

And somewhere in the back of your mind, a voice keeps asking: What am I missing?

Here’s what nobody is telling you...

The missing piece

It’s not one problem. It’s ONE story.

Behavior and health issues are often connected parts of the same bigger story.
The body, mind, and environment are usually all involved.

Environment

It is all connected. Your vet treats the body. Your trainer works on behavior.

But the whole picture... body, mind, and environment together... often goes unseen.

That gap may be one reason your dog is still struggling.

And it’s not your fault.

I learned this the hard way.

I’m Debi McKee, founder of Rescue Dogs 101 and a Certified Holistic Pet Health Coach.

In November 2025, I lost my yellow lab Bear to osteosarcoma.

I had been feeding him a raw diet. Limiting his exposure to toxins. Doing the research. Trying so hard to do everything right.

I still lost him.

After the diagnosis came the questions. What did I miss? What wasn’t I seeing? What didn’t I know?

That loss is what pushed me to earn my certification as a Holistic Pet Health Coach. Not because I believe our dogs can live forever... no living thing can... but because I believe we can support their bodies more thoughtfully, improve their quality of life, and sometimes help them live longer, healthier lives along the way.

Your Dog's Personalized Wellness Roadmap

A series of pages with detailed text and images.

Before your onboarding call I spend significant time reviewing your intake form and preparing something just for you. After our call you'll receive a comprehensive, personalized wellness document built specifically for your dog.

This is not a generic checklist. It's a detailed roadmap that covers everything we discussed on your call, your dog's specific health history, behavior patterns, environmental factors, and a clear plan of where to start and what to focus on first.

My coach called it one of the most thorough client documents she's seen. Other members in my certification program have commented on how professional and detailed it is.

This document alone is worth the first three months of your membership.

This IS for you if...

  • Your dog has health or behavior challenges
  • You feel like you're missing something
  • You want a natural, whole-dog approach
  • You want to be proactive, not reactive

This NOT for you if...

  • You want a quick fix
  • You want to replace your vet entirely
  • You're not open to new approaches
  • You're not willing to try new things

But can I afford this?

This program is not about cooking gourmet meals for your dog or buying 27 supplements. It's about making better choices, one step at a time, within your real life and your real budget.

If your dog is already dealing with recurring symptoms, you may be spending money on vet visits, medications, supplements, food changes, training advice, or products that may or may not help. This program helps you step back, see the bigger picture, and make more informed choices going forward.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?

Dog Wellness Journey is $47/month with a 3-month minimum commitment. Your first 3 payments are non-refundable. After month three your membership renews automatically each month and you can cancel anytime.

Why a 3-month minimum commitment?

Because real change takes time. In our experience, it takes a minimum of 3 months to start seeing meaningful shifts in your dog's health and behavior. We are building this program with intentional layers so we don't overwhelm you or your dog. Rushing the process doesn't work, and we want to set you up for real, lasting results, not a quick fix that fades.

The 3-month commitment also covers the time and investment that goes into your personalized onboarding call and follow-up document, which are built specifically for your dog and take significant preparation on my end.

Think of it this way... you wouldn't expect your dog to be transformed after one vet visit. Give this process the time it deserves.

What if my dog doesn’t have any health issues right now?

That’s actually a wonderful time to start. Prevention is at the heart of holistic care. You don’t have to wait until there’s a problem to start paying attention to your dog’s food, environment, stress, immune system, and daily habits. The long-term benefits of a whole-dog approach begin before symptoms ever appear.

Will this replace my vet?

Never. I am not a vet, and this program is not veterinary care. Think of this as the support that helps you ask better questions, make more informed decisions, and understand your dog more deeply alongside your vet. I will never tell you to stop using medications, vaccines, or conventional care.

Dog Wellness Journey is not about shame, fear, or extreme all-or-nothing decisions. It’s about helping you understand your options, ask better questions, and make thoughtful choices for your dog with your vet.

I use AI to research my dog’s health. How is this different?

AI gives you basic information. This program gives you someone who knows your specific dog, asks the right questions, helps you sort through the overwhelm, and walks alongside you. You also get a community of other people who love their dogs as much as you do yours. Very different things.

What if I have more than one dog?

Your membership covers one dog. Additional dogs can be added for $100 each, and each dog receives a personalized intake review, an onboarding call, and a follow-up document.

How much time does this require?

The twice-monthly calls are the core commitment.

Beyond that, you go at your own pace. This is designed to fit into real life, not take it over.

All group coaching calls will be recorded and available to founding members who can not make it live.

What happens after I join?

You will receive an email confirmation with your next steps. It will look something like this:

  1. Fill out your dog’s intake form
  2. Schedule your private onboarding call
  3. Receive your personalized follow-up plan
  4. Join the coaching calls and community

When and where does the program take place?

Group coaching calls are held live on Zoom on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 7 pm Central. Can't make it live? No problem, all calls are recorded and available to all members.

The private community will be hosted on either Facebook or Circle, based on member feedback.

Important note: Dog Wellness Journey provides holistic coaching and educational support. It is not veterinary care and does not diagnose, treat, or replace your veterinarian. Please work with your vet for medical concerns, medications, vaccines, emergencies, or changes to your dog’s care plan.
