About These Services
Dog Wellness Journey provides holistic wellness coaching, education, and personalized support for dogs and their people. Services include, but are not limited to, the Whole Dog Discovery Session and the Dog Wellness Journey membership.
These services are educational and informational in nature. Debi McKee is a Certified Holistic Pet Health Coach, not a veterinarian, and nothing provided through Dog Wellness Journey is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. See our Disclosure page for more information.
Booking and Payment
Sessions and membership are booked and paid for through Thrivecart or another designated payment processor. By booking, you agree to provide accurate information and to pay the listed price for the service selected.
Whole Dog Discovery Session
The Whole Dog Discovery Session includes:
- A detailed intake form for you to complete prior to your session
- A 45-minute private Zoom session
- A personalized written wellness document, delivered within 3 to 5 business days after your session
- 3 custom recipes created based on your dog’s needs
- One month of complimentary Dog Wellness Journey membership
Our Promise: If you don’t feel your session provided value and direction, please reach out within 48 hours of your session and we will work to make it right.
Membership
Following your complimentary first month, Dog Wellness Journey membership continues at $47 per month unless cancelled. Membership includes access to the private community, twice-monthly group coaching calls, and the resource library.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of a paid period.
Scheduling
Sessions are scheduled based on availability. If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Intake Information and Confidentiality
Information you share through intake forms, during sessions, or in follow-up communication is used solely to provide coaching services to you and your dog. This information is treated as confidential. See our Privacy Policy for more details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.
Your Responsibilities
By using Dog Wellness Journey’s services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your dog
- Continue working with a licensed veterinarian for all medical care, diagnoses, and treatment decisions
- Consult your veterinarian before making significant changes to your dog’s diet, supplements, or health routine, particularly if your dog has an existing medical condition
- Use your own judgment in implementing any recommendations provided
No Guarantee of Results
Every dog and every situation is different. While we are committed to providing thoughtful, personalized support, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or timelines. See our Disclosure page for more information.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dog Wellness Journey and Debi McKee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, website, or any recommendations provided. You acknowledge that decisions regarding your dog’s health and care remain your responsibility, made in consultation with your veterinarian.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including written materials, wellness documents, recipes, graphics, and branding, is the property of Dog Wellness Journey and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
